Hormone Therapy Insurance Options

Insurance TRT Membership for Men

$99/mo

We do not take insurance, and none of our services are covered by insurance. However, if you would like to use your insurance for your medication, we offer a management membership that includes a monthly telemed check-in with the provider, an electronic prescription for your medication, and follow-up appointments. Currently only male TRT is eligible.

Insurance Estradiol Patch Membership for Women

$99/mo

We do not take insurance, and none of our services are covered by insurance. However, if you would like to use your insurance for your medication, we offer a management membership that includes a monthly telemed check-in with the provider, an electronic prescription for your medication, and follow-up appointments.

General Wellness Membership

Wellness or 'Beauty Bank' Membership

$99/mo

This is basically a 'for future use' savings account at the clinic. You pay the monthly membership fee, and it remains in your patient wallet until you are ready for the service or product you want.

(Requires a 3-month commitment and written notice to cancel. It is entirely non-refundable.

Vitamin Therapy Membership

$100-125/mo

This is a B12 Membership for injectable B12 therapy. Consultation fee is waived for this membership. ($100/mo)

B12-MIC memberships are available as well, but on the higher end of pricing. ($125/mo)

Both require a 3-month commitment and written notice to cancel. It is entirely non-refundable.
