We offer a range of oral alternate medications for weight-loss management and therapy. We conduct a thorough medical history and health assessment with our Nurse Practitioner and will develop a treatment plan that fits your needs.

We know that hormones are not one size fits all. There are many options for men and women when it comes to hormone replacement, balance and overall therapy.  At Hometown Aesthetics & Wellness we offer a general hormone consult for those patients (male/female) who are looking for alternatives to Pellet Therapy. We offer testosterone replacement therapy for men with injectables, creams and gels. For women suffering from menopausal syndrome or other hormone imbalance we offer micronized capsule therapy, creams and other modalities that do not include pellet therapy.

Kenalog or Triamcinolone is a glucocorticoid most widely known as a steroid. Kenalog is a long-acting steroid that we utilize to attempt to decrease inflammation and seasonal allergy symptoms like sneezing, runny nose, and eye itch.  Kenalog is given intramuscularly. Caution strongly against use in patients with diabetes or severe hypertension. Full medical history and medication review is required.  This service can be booked with little to no notice and often times be completed same day.

 B12 is a vitamin that is critical to the bodies health and healing. B12 injections are a great way to stimulate your bodies natural immune system! The B12 vitamin is needed for heart health, hormone balance, energy and a deficiency can cause nerve pains, muscle fatigue and mood imbalances. Although there is no magic shot or medication to make you skinny overnight the MIC B-12 shot will certainly help especially when added to our Semaglutide therapy! This shot has a metabolism boosting supplement (Methionine Inositol Choline) with B12 vitamins that targets fatty tissue. The MIC portion is a lipotropic agent that directly aids in the breakdown of fatty tissue but must be used in conjunction with an active lifestyle and adequate diet management.  This service can be booked with little to no notice and often times be completed same day.
