Hi, I’m Dr. Laura Gray, ANP, founder and provider at Gray Vitality and Wellness (formerly Hometown Aesthetics and Wellness).
As a Prescott native, it’s an honor to serve the community that shaped me. My clinical background is rooted in high-acuity medicine, with years spent in Emergency and Flight Nursing before advancing to dual board certification as a Nurse Practitioner in both Family and Acute Care. I continue to practice locally as a hospitalist, allowing me to bring a high level of clinical precision and expertise into every aspect of my care.
Gray Vitality and Wellness was created with a clear intention—to offer a more refined, personalized approach to medicine. Here, care is not rushed or transactional. It is thoughtful, collaborative, and tailored to the individual.
My focus is on hormone optimization, thyroid health, medical weight loss, and comprehensive wellness, helping patients restore balance, elevate performance, and feel their absolute best. In addition, I offer advanced aesthetic treatments, including wrinkle relaxers, biostimulators such as Sculptra, and Pro-Nox for enhanced comfort, blending medical science with natural, sophisticated results.
